Book Returns & Exchanges (ESCO)

• You will be refunded the full price of purchase if books are returned within 60 school days of the beginning of the semester and their conditions as defined by the criteria on www.salpointebooks.com have not deteriorated.
• To order additional books, go back online and order the books required. You will have to pay shipping charges.
• For school-initiated schedule changes bring a change of schedule form signed by a counselor to the CampusStore. The school will pay to ship the old book(s) back to ESCO and the new book(s) to you.
• Withdrawing students need to pick up a buyback form and prepaid shipping label from the CampusStore.
• Shipping charges will be deducted from your buyback credit. You have 30 days to finish this transaction.
• After 30 days ESCO will only buy back books based on need.

Credit

• Credit for your used and returned books will be deducted from your invoice and clearly indicated on the ESCO invoice.

• Items may be returned within 60 school days WITH RECEIPT.
• Clothing items may not be returned after being worn.
